Finalists announced for the Scottish Home Awards 2008
Kingennie Fields has made the final in the inaugural Scottish Home Awards sponsored by Dunfermline Building Society. The programme has attracted a huge number of entries in its first year, exceeding targets by over 40%. The Scottish Home Awards aims to highlight the quality and diversity of new housing being built across Scotland.

Kingennie Fields has been listed in the "Laufen at Scope Bathrooms Luxury House of the Year" category. The winners where announced at the Scottish Home Awards black tie dinner on Thursday 10 April 2008, at the EICC, Edinburgh.  Kingennie fields came 5th from 12.
